Innovent Biologics

Innovent Biologics is a biopharmaceutical company founded in 2011 with a stated mission to develop, manufacture and commercialize affordable, high-quality biopharmaceuticals. Its integrated platform covers discovery, development, manufacturing and commercialization, and its stated therapeutic focus includes oncology, cardiovascular and metabolic diseases, autoimmune diseases and eye diseases. During 2025, Innovent reported 18 marketed products, including 12 listed in China’s National Reimbursement Drug List, and identified its first full year of profitability, with IFRS net profit of RMB813.6 million. Oncology remains a major part of the business. The 2025 report identifies TYVYT (sintilimab) as a continuing product and lists newer oncology launches including limertinib, DOVBLERON (taletrectinib adipate), Jaypirca (pirtobrutinib) and TABOSUN (ipilimumab injection). It also describes late-stage development of next-generation immuno-oncology and antibody-drug-conjugate assets such as IBI363, IBI343 and IBI354, while mazdutide and other products support expansion into general biomedicine. Innovent listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on October 31, 2018, and now presents itself as an increasingly global company. Its 2025 report describes collaborations with Takeda, Eli Lilly, Ollin Biosciences and Roche, while a 2026 company release says Innovent partners with more than 30 global healthcare companies. These collaborations are relevant to Innovent’s presence in this database because they connect its China-based discovery and development platform with international development, licensing and commercialization networks.
